Progesterone cream: Treat pms/peri-menopause - used from mid-cycle to the beginning of the bleed

Plant derived estrogens/progesterone: Treat menopause - use throughout the month

OstaDerm-V
Atrophy vaginitis: No drying alcohol in the making of the cream. Apply on the major/minor labia not inside - ¼ tsp. Twice daily for 8 weeks. Then use 2 to 4 doses per week along with OstaDerm or PhytoB

Transitions
When Progonol no longer controls symptoms, then add Transitions - ½ tsp. On the face and neck at bedtime. Continue Progonol dose in the morning. Also excellent for facial wrinkles

8 Weeks of Treatment:
Week one: Use one Vita-A suppository per night followed by a light tampon. Use Monday through Friday, then on Saturday use two Vag-Pak suppositories at the same time, followed by a light tampon. Please note: No burning should result from the use of any suppository.
Week two: Use the Papillo suppository instead of the Vita-A. Saturday use the Vag-Pak suppositories Repeat this process for a total of 8 weeks. Then, no treatment for 4 weeks and repeat examination and lab tests
